Our team has substantial transaction and operating experience in the healthcare industry, through prior roles at companies such as Nycomed, Phadia, Convatec, Avista Capital Partners, DLJ Merchant Banking and many others.

Our Strategy

We seek to invest across a number of healthcare verticals including specialty and generic pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics products and healthcare services.

Our strategy is to partner closely with founders, management teams and other like-minded investors to invest in businesses with proven business models and strong growth potential – through general business roll-out, R&D acceleration, new product launches, new market expansion and acquisitions.

We have experience in helping companies realise their growth and expansion objectives and we look to create value in our portfolio companies through long-term partnership and active involvement with management teams.
